NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
Understanding of person-centred care practices.
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and on-call duties if required.
Right to work in the UK and satisfactory background checks (e.g., DBS).
The Senior Support Worker will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to service users, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and independence. The role involves supervising and mentoring junior staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring care plans are implemented effectively. The Senior Support Worker will also liaise with families, health professionals, and external agencies to deliver person-centred support.
